I'm Morgan and I'm a twenty-something-year-old living and writing in New York. I graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Comparative Literature, specializing in nineteenth century Russian literature and postwar modern Japanese literature, and I have an MFA from the Bennington Writing Seminars. Thanks to my degree and natural affinity for different cultures, I speak six languages.
Currently, I'm a contributing editor at Catapult and a Book of the Month judge. On my freelance side, my work has appeared in The New Yorker, Vogue, The New York Times, The Atlantic, ELLE, Rolling Stone, The New Republic, and BuzzFeed, among many others. I run a TinyLetter called Meraki that you can subscribe to here
My debut essay collection, THIS WILL BE MY UNDOING, is forthcoming from Harper Perennial.
I'm represented by Monica Odom of the Bradford Literary Agency.
